LIBRARY ART COLLECTIONOver the years, the Edgartown Library has acquired an extensive collection of paintings and prints, many of them with Island and New England subjects. Some of these works of art were individual gifts, and others were whole collections; the most extensive is the Charles S. Simpson Collection. We are in the process of creating a printed booklet for use in self-guided tours of our library's art collection -- ask about it the next time you stop at the front desk.
