  • Each pass admits up to six people. Admission is $9 for adults and $6 for children. Children under 2 enter for free.
  • Advance reservations are not required for patrons with library passes. Library patrons should present their passes on-site.
  • Pass does not need to be returned to the library.
  • Valid at The Franklin Park Zoo or Stone Zoo only for regular zoo admission.

  • The promo code below entitles each group to 2 adult Library Passes for $10 each (general admission + select exhibitions), and up to 4 Youth Library Passes (children ages 7-17) for $10 each (general admission + select exhibitions). Children 6 and under are free.
  • Go to https://www.mfa.org/tickets
  • Select the date of your visit.
  • Select General Admission tickets.
  • Enter the Promo Code IP-145484 in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Select the number of Library/Library Youth Passes you'd like from the drop-down options.
  • Select Add to Cart.
  • Select Go to Order Summary and complete the order.
  • Patrons will receive an email with their admission ticket(s) and need to present their ticket(s) when they arrive at the museum, preferably on a phone or device, but tickets printed on paper are accepted.
  • Pass does not need to be returned to the library.

  • Each pass admits up to four people at half-price admission to the Exhibit Hall.
  • Library passes must be picked up at the library.
  • Patrons must reserve timed-entry tickets in advance by calling the museum at 617-723-2500.
  • The museum will then send an email confirmation.
  • Patrons must bring the paper library pass as well as the confirmation email for entry to the museum, and do not need to stop at the Box Office
  • Pass does not need to be returned to the library.

  • The Boston Children's Museum's library pass program is available 7 days a week in two time-slots: 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm.
  • Each pass admits up to four (4) people at half-price admission.
  • Library passes may be picked up at the library in person or acquired via email.

  • Click on Discounted Programs and then Purchase Discounted Program Tickets.
  • Select the date that matches your library pass, then continue to checkout.
  • When arriving at the museum, patrons can present their pass digitally on a handheld device or as a paper printout.
  • Pass does not need to be returned to the library.

  • Scroll down to select the date of your visit, and then select a timed entry slot.
  • Select the type and number of tickets you'd like.
  • The ISGM requires all visitors to create an account. Follow the steps to enter your information and create an account.
  • Select "Checkout," then "Buy Now," and then enter your payment information to complete the transaction. Your tickets will be emailed to you.
  • Please note: you must present your tickets as well as a library pass when you visit the museum. You can obtain a library pass from the library in person or via email by emailing email hidden; JavaScript is required.
  • Pass does not need to be returned to the library.
